DAMAGED & MISPRINTED
If the product arrives defective, we will arrange a reproduction and ship it out for free. Please send us an email (hi@capmome.com) with your order number, picture and kindly explain the problem.
Please note that whatever size, color, and image you upload will be customized on your item. If the incorrect size, color or image is selected and sent out to you, Capmome is not responsible for replacing these items.
EXCHANGE & CANCELLATIONS
Once you place an order, your order will immediately enter the design stage. If you request cancellation within 0-1 hours, the customer shall bear the transaction fee + design fee. If you place an order for more than 6 hours and request cancellation, the customer needs to bear the design cost + material cost (confirm whether it enters the production link) + transaction fee.
Note that:
1) Design fee: $8 per order.
2) Material cost: 40% of the original value of the product.
3) Transaction costs:
Partial refund: the refund amount*4.4%.
Full refund: the refund amount*4.4%+$0.3. (The refund amount refers to the amount of the entire order)
If your order has entered the production process, but you need to change the order information (such as size, picture, design, pattern), we will charge you 30% of the order price of this product. Since each of our products is one-of-a-kind and made just for you, please double check your order info before order.If you have any questions,please send us an email (hi@capmome.com)
The shipping address can be changed before shipping, and we can not do any change once shipping out.
Return & Refund
Personalization Policy: Due to the nature of personalized products, Capmome does not offer returns on any personalized orders except in the instance of manufacturer defects.
Every order comes with a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. If the product arrives defective or you not happy with your purchase, please send us an email ( hi@capmome.com) with your order number, picture and kindly explain the problem and we'll process your request.
Please re-package the products and ship them back to us within 7 days. If it's been 30 days since you purchased, unfortunately refunds are no longer applicable.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
For returns and replacements, if the quality or the printing of the item is not good enough, or the wrong item was sent to you, we can reship the item for free; No restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.
Please kindly allow us to take 3 business days to process your refund. Your bank statement will reflect a change within 3 business days. Any refund will be returned to your credit card in the original path.
